Icom UK will be showcasing its extensive range of marine radio products at this year’s Southampton Boat Show. The UK’s leading outdoor boat show runs from the 16th until 25th September 2011 and attracts hundreds of boats, exhibitors and visitors. Icom UK is on stand H018, situated just outside the southern entrance to Ocean Hall.
The 2011 PSP Southampton Boat Show offers the whole family a fun-filled day out, whatever your marine interest. You can see Icom’s award winning marine radio range, suitable for virtually any marine communication requirement. Icom’s wide range includes buoyant handheld VHF’s, VHF/DSC fixed radios, HF/SSB radios, AIS receivers, marine base stations and licence free walkie talkies. Icom will also be showcasing its latest products including the MA-500TR Class B AIS Transponder and IC-M23 Buoyant handheld transceiver.
At the show Icom UK, will be expanding its participation in the RNLI Ambassador Scheme to now include the MA-500TR Class B Transponder. This means now, that customer can get a year’s free introductory membership of the RNLI with the purchase of either the MA-500TR Class B AIS transponder, IC-M71 VHF, IC-M505 or IC-M603 VHF/DSC Marine Transceiver.
